This week's recipe is Bacon-Onion Jam from NYT Cooking. The recipe is originally from Steve Linares and adapted by Sam Sifton for NYT

Note from the original recipe: " Take your time. The point is to cook the mixture until it has achieved full jamminess. The onions should really caramelize. Covered, it will keep in the refrigerator for a week or so"

Christopher Testani for The New York Times. Food stylist: Maggie Ruggiero. Prop stylist: Deborah Williams.

If you have a tomato, pepper or another CSA produce recipe you enjoy - please share it in the shared album! Post a photo of what you've done with your CSA and include the recipe in the caption. I can't wait to see all that you create with the share.

Can't make the next week's share?

You are allowed to skip up to 2 weeks (provided minimum 1 week forewarning) that can be added at the end of the share.

Want to add to your pickup?

You can add a week of the bread share, or cheese share to your pickup or upgrade you Farm share online!

Thank you for participating in our CSA program and enjoy the produce!

Best,
